The visitor is the victual of Holly Morse and Amber Harding. They are qualified antenatal teachers, lineage doulas and mothers to eight young children and are known to many families locally through their seven years of running antenatal and postnatal groups as volunteers. Holly’s previous work in social services led her to study Child Welfare at Masters Level, subtracting diplomas in antenatal education and lineage support without her first victual was born. She is now a very rented Mum to Ruby, Oscar, Theo, and Ralph. Amber’s preliminaries is in finance. Her interest in supporting parents began without her first son arrived in 2007 and went on to proceeds the antenatal education and lineage support diplomas. She is currently studying to well-constructed these to stratum level. She is moreover an equally rented Mum to step-son Jake, as well as Deian, Cai and Macsen. Pear Tree was born considering Holly and Amber believe passionately that unconfined support and information throughout pregnancy (not just at the end!) and in the early days as new parents is vital. Their services aim to support families to have positive, healthy birthing and parenting experiences. Studies show that stress and isolation is worldwide in new parents, and isolation in particular is a big contributory factor in postnatal depression. This is why Pear Tree services are all designed to empower parents, make friendships, expand knowledge and build confidence. What is Pear Tree? Founded by Amber Harding and Holly Morse, Pear Tree is a Community InterestVisitorwhose mission is to support new families. We offer a range of education, social and support services from our new home on Swansea's High Street, including mother and victual groups, toddler play sessions, and antenatal drop-in support.
